Loretta started her career in the early ’90s being trained by some of the best in the business at the ABC working on the Bush Tucker Man history series, Quantum and Living in the ’90s. She creates content that seeks to inspire thinking that engages hearts and mind.
In 2020 during the first COVID lockdown, Loretta directed remotely via Zoom, various artists around Australia documenting their creative journey. What transpired was a series of inspiring intimate stories that captured a moment in time through the eyes of a diverse group of artists self-filming during the lockdown of March - June 2020, captured in "Watcha Doin' Today".
In 1999, her first documentary 'It’s a Long Way', a 4 x 60 minute series examined the realities of working in the Australian music industry and aired on Channel [V].
In 2002, Loretta directed 'InspirAsians' for Becker Entertainment, a micro budget 8 part biographical documentary arts series for Channel 5 MediaCorp Singapore.
Moving to London in 2005, she joined the Charity Global Angels UK full time filming short observational documentaries in India, Kenya and Khayelitsha, South Africa where she worked on highly sensitive issues with vulnerable contributors in unstable areas, to craft their stories toward funding raising and creating awareness.
